Moksha Spiritual Center
Moksha Spiritual Center is located in Frazier Park, CA. It was founded by Yogi Arvind, with the intention of creating a center of excellence for spiritual growth, health and wellness. He lives here and teaches here on the weekends. Other teachers offering programs that are in alignment with the mission of the center, may rent the center on some weekends when Yogi Arvind is not teaching.
Frazier Park is a mountain town located on the foothills of Frazier mountain and Tecuya mountain. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of city life and yet close enough to drive from Los Angeles. It is about 70 miles north of Los Angeles and the drive to Frazier Park is usually less than 90 mintes. It is close to other mountain towns such as Pine Mountain Club. With four seasons in a year and lot of nature around, it offers a perfect location to relax, rejuvenate and go deeper in our spiritual practice.
The center offers an indoor workshop hall and a couple of outdoor terraces for classes, lectures and music programs. About 25-45 people can fit in the workshop hall, depending on the nature of the events.
The center can also provide shared accommodation for 15 people onsite. If need be, offsite accommodation for larger groups can be arranged close by.
Moksha Spiritual Center will host programs related to spiritual growth, health and wellness. Owing to Yogi Arvind’s background and community, many programs at the center may fall in the realm of Indian spiritual /philosphical/ health systems such as: Yoga, Ayurveda, Shaivism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Vedanta, Jyotish and Vaastu, as well as Native American Shamanism and related healing modalities.
However, Yogi Arvind believes in recognizing and inviting other wisdom traditions to be part of our community. The essence of yoga is to connect with the universal consciousness that transcends all spiritual and religious faiths. From that perspective, we welcome any tradition that uplifts us towards a spiritual singularity. Teachers and healers from other wisdom traditions, who share our mission, are welcome to condcut educational programs at our space.
Our programs could take many forms and shapes: Workshops, teacher trainings, conferences, satsangs and kirtans.
